HAL was founded in the year 2008 to undertake a major waste disposal services in the Eastern Province of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. HAL has been making continuous growth ever since with diversified industrial services and areas of operation to meet the specialized needs of the growing Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Power and other Industrial Sectors. Today HAL is active throughout the Saudi Arabia offering a full spectrum of Industrial and Environmental Services and having OFFICES established in Saudi Arabia .

HAL has provided waste MANAGEMENT services from the company’s inception. HAL believe that all wastes have to be uplifted, transported and disposed of safely and in a way that complies with appropriate legislation and causes no harm to the environment.

HAL currently provides waste management services to the power, water, oil, petrochemical, Industrial, construction, residential and commercial sectors from three strategic locations through out the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Services Offered Include :

Dry Waste Collection - Waste containers in sizes from 10cu m to 20 cu m are available, with, skip lugers and hook loaders all part of the HAL fleet. HAL will also look to carry out site waste audits and provide advice to clients on how to best manage their waste on site.

Liquid Waste Collection - HAL operates an extensive fleet of tankers and vacuum tankers with capacities ranging from 3000 to 6000 US Gallons. This fleet allows fort the collection and transportation of sewage sludge.

Portable Toilet Hire and Services - The supply and service of portable toilets to construction sites, manufacturing sites and remote areas. Services include effluent removal, cleaning and disinfection and replacement of chemical charge. This service is provided using purpose built vehicles.

Purpose :

The purpose of the Waste Management Plan is to evaluate and takes all the necessary measures, especially prevent ones, achieving a correct waste disposal. This Waste Management Plan develops in detail how solid and liquid waste generated during Construction , Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning activities carried out by CONTRACTOR for projects shall be Contractor Site Safety Program and Construction Environmental Management Plan.

Scope :

The implementation of the Construction Environmental Management Plan shall apply to the Site areas for the execution of the Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning phases of the Projects under Contractor scope of work.

Installing Portable Toilets

Portable toilets should be :

  • Situated on stable, flat ground to ensure effective operation and stability
  • Accessible by a clear path suitable for all weather conditions.

ON-SITE Cleaning AND Servicing

(HAL) should ensure portable toilets are checked daily and cleaned as required. In addition to cleaning as required; toilets must also be serviced regularly.
On-site servicing is the responsibility of HAL Company and should include but is not limited to :

  • Checking pumps and components for effective operation
  • Repairing any defects. pumping and rinsing empty sewage storage tanks
  • Adding deodorizer and treatment chemicals to the sewage storage tank
  • Replenishing soap or other hand disinfectant
  • Replacing toilet paper
  • Cleaning and disinfecting the internal compartment, including fittings such as pump and door handles, the floor, seat and bowl. Tanks should be pumped out at a frequency that minimizes odor production and ensures the waste in the tank is unlikely to exceed 50 per cent of the tank’s usable capacity before the next scheduled service. Work Safe recommends pumping out storage tanks every two weeks, particularly in warmer months. At a maximum, you should not leave pumping out for longer than four weeks.
